Lake

Nashville and Middle TN are home to several natural and man-made waterways. The Cumberland River runs directly through downtown Nashville and into Old Hickory Lake. Old Hickory Lake is home to many on the water restaurants and million dollar homes. Percy Priest Lake is near the airport and although is a great recreational lake, there are not many homes on this lake. Center Hill Lake is just 60 minutes east of Nashville and sports the cleanest water and majestic views. Although you cannot have a dock on this lake, there are several world-class marinas with fun restaurants. Kentucky Lake and Lake Barkley are also not far to the north west of Nashville near the Kentucky border.
